Job Summary – Mechanical/HVAC Project Manager
Monday – Friday – 08.00 – 17.00 We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Mechanical/HVAC Project Manager to join our team. They currently have 5 Project Managers and 10 Site Supervisors. You will be site-based in London (sites are all across Central) and focusing on installation and commercial fit outs for AC, ventilation, and associated mechanical plant. Project values range between £500k - £11.5mil but will generally fall between £2mil - £5mil. Experience Required
Should possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing multi-disciplined Mechanical Services & Installations, preferably in the Commercial Sector, with responsibilities including: Programming Technical Submittals Procurement Sub-contractor and Labour Management Cost Control Progress Reporting Health & Safety Project & Programme Implementation Understanding of design and drawings Technical & Progress Meetings Regular Site Inspection and Snagging Compilation of O&M Manuals Salary & Package
