Do you have a passion for old machinery, restoring old cars or similar? Are you looking to be fully trained as an Engineer working on bespoke production machinery? Do you have an interest in engineering, problem solving and machinery?
On offer is the chance to join a long established company who will fully train you on their specialised machinery and allow you to work independently completing machine maintenance. The company is the largest manufacturer of their product in the world, offering a bespoke, specialised service to their customer base with factory machines designed in the 1800s.
The role would suit someone with an interest in engineering, a car mechanic looking for a change in career, or someone mechanically minded. You will be working on the smaller production machines with a view to being fully trained and then working on the larger machines. The role requires someone with patience, attention to detail, and a willingness to commit long term.
THE ROLE:
Reactive maintenance. Working on mechanical machinery. Days based. Full training provided.
THE PERSON: Shows an interest in engineering. Any mechanical knowledge is advantageous. Must be commutable to Chard.
