This role would suit someone from a Mechatronic Engineering background looking for a varied and new career that allows you to support and mentor apprentices to develop their knowledge, skills, and behaviours throughout the apprenticeship programme. You will be part of a supportive and inclusive team culture that provides ongoing learning and development opportunities with regular CPD sessions. About the person

The successful candidate will be someone who can bring not just knowledge and experience but who can impart life skills and teach the apprentices to be effective and invaluable members of their workforce. Hold a relevant teaching qualification or be prepared to work towards one. Have up-to-date knowledge and experience in the Engineering industry or graduated in Engineering. Be flexible and self-motivated with a passion for learner achievement and a commitment to quality. Have experience with Microsoft Office software. Desired Qualities:

Have proven experience of delivering Level 2 to Level 4 Engineering courses. What will we offer you in return?
