As the
Media Sales Manager , you will lead and motivate a talented sales team across print and digital platforms, driving the success of key publications and associated community titles. You'll oversee sales strategies, identify new revenue opportunities, and manage relationships with key clients to achieve ambitious sales targets. Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the advertising sales and editorial teams to meet and exceed targets. Drive innovation and explore new revenue streams in both print and digital media. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their advertising needs are met. Manage the commercial sales and property verticals for residential publications. Provide comprehensive reporting on sales performance, team progress, and business development initiatives. What We're Looking For
Proven sales leadership experience, ideally within the media or print industry. Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills. A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strategic thinking with the ability to spot opportunities and drive business growth. A full NZ driver's licence and, ideally, a tertiary qualification in marketing, media, or a related field.
