£1,349 Distant Islands Allowance pro rata

Medical ward 2 is a 16 bedded general medical ward comprising of acute adult medicine, stroke and a 4 bedded acute medical assessment unit. Erisort Ward is a 16 bedded Respiratory unit.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic charge nurse who will have:

The ability to demonstrate clinical excellence in nursing practice.

The ability to facilitate and manage change within the clinical environment.

Commitment to the delivery of evidence-based care.

Strong interpersonal skills with a flexible team-oriented approach.

The ability to provide nursing leadership and expertise and contribute to the education, training, and support of fellow health professionals.

Clinical and operational support to the SCN.

This post will require Day/Night Rotation.
