Brook Street is thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity to work for the Ministry of Defence. A full-time position as a Front Desk Administrator has become available in the Aldershot Centre for Health.
The Temporary Worker will provide administrative support within Aldershot Centre for Health. The AO Administrative Officer will work under the direction of the EO Band Practice Manager to support the clinical staff. The post holder will be responsible for all administrative requirements for both new and current patient caseloads, which includes liaison with the client Network practices.
Examples of work performed will include but are not limited to:
Answering telephone queries and booking in and out of patients.
Assisting with management of clinical diaries and clinics.
Using patient tracking database to record patients' clinical journey.
Overseeing administrative procedures and processes.
Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and/or external sources.
Preparing routine correspondence.

£12.99/hour - 37 hrs per week + 50p allowance for each worked hour; this role is full time. Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm or 8.30-4.30pm; 30 minutes/1 hr lunch break (lunch time is not paid). Duration:
Assignment until 31/03/2025, with the possibility of extension based on performance and client budget. *The offered candidate is subject to a basic DBS & 3 years activity check.
