We are looking for someone to provide a high quality, professional reception and administrative service to patients, doctors, staff, colleagues, health service professionals, and others. There are 2 posts available. Happy to discuss hours for the right person. Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for patients contacting the Practice and portray the Practice in the highest possible professional basis. Ensure that enquiries from patients are efficiently and courteously handled. Assist the GPs and Practice Nurse team in the delivery of the care and management of the practice population. Responsible for administration tasks associated with the running of a busy GP Practice. Computer literate, requires a friendly confident manner for dealing with the General Public. Our IT systems are Emis and Docman. Experience of these systems is essential. Minimum Requirements:

Previous Medical Receptionist experience (essential) Previous customer service experience (essential) Excellent interpersonal skills A caring and empathetic nature (essential) Reference: Contract Type:
