The Role The successful candidate will:

Oversee asset management, ensuring compliance with national standards. Lead procurement, supplier contract management, and cost-efficient strategies. Manage and motivate a team of highly skilled technical staff. Provide expert advice on medical equipment lifecycle decisions and compliance. Drive performance improvements through data analysis and reporting. This is a leadership role focused on strategic development, team empowerment, and the seamless delivery of medical engineering services.

About You The ideal candidate is a proven leader with experience in asset or contract management, ideally within a healthcare setting. They should have: A relevant degree or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of contract management gained in a Healthcare environment. Exceptional leadership and organizational skills. The ability to manage budgets, people, and performance to deliver exceptional results.
