This is a full-time position, 40 hours over 5 days between Monday and Friday. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Medical Laboratory Assistant to join our Healthcare team. What will you do in the role? Participate in the cell path workflow including digital pathology. Full participation in the laboratory end to end processes. Liaise with pathologists and customers when required. What will you bring to us? At least 1 year's experience of working in a Medical Laboratory assistant role in cellular pathology. A good understanding of UKAS accreditation. An ability to engage staff at all levels of the organisation to achieve a common goal. Excellent communication skills. What will you get from the role? The ability to work autonomously planning and delivering the work according to KPI's. Participation in the Healthcare laboratory quality and training.
