The role
Managing a diverse and complex caseload of Clinical/Medical Negligence matters under limited supervision up to trial Supervising and mentoring more junior members of the team Positively contributing to the department's precedent and knowledge work Dealing with inquests
Applications are welcome from Medical/Clinical Negligence Solicitors or Legal Executives with the following: A clean and current practising certificate Previous experience in a similar role with at least 3 years of PQE People management and supervisory experience Proven track record in delivering successful outcomes in complex medical/clinical negligence work Strong communication and client care skills
