We are working with a lovely GP Practice in Woking who require the support of a Medical Receptionist/ Administrator on a temporary or permanent basis.
Duties include (but not limited to)
Taking inbound calls from patients
Booking Appointments
Post
Scanning of documents
Updating patient details onto the database
Our client requires someone who can hit the ground running with a good working knowledge of SystmOne or EMIS and previous experience working within a GP surgery, along with an excellent telephone manner and customer services skills.
