Salary: GBP12.5 - GBP12.75 per hour Are you an experienced GP Receptionist looking for a new challenge? Our client is an established NHS GP Practice in Vauxhall and is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join their patient services team! Monday to Friday position (no nights or weekends) 7:45 am to 3:45 pm 10:30 am to 6:30 pm Competitive hourly rate up to £12.75 per hour Please note there may be 1 Saturday a year and an occasional early start at 7:20 am Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in a GP setting Proficiency in EMIS and Docman systems Excellent communication and organisational skills Main Duties: Rotate between reception and patient administration areas Support Team Leader in managing clinicians' workload Organise practice meetings and liaise with external agencies Manage bring forward and filing systems Participate in practice housekeeping and maintenance of staff facilities Actively contribute to improving practice quality This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
