St James’s (SW1), Abbeville Village (SW4), Wimbledon Village (SW19) and St John’s Hill (SW11) - with flexibility to work across all sites. Nordic Balance, a thriving health and fitness company, is seeking a positive and proactive Reception & Admin professional to join our team. We’re looking for someone with a passion for exceptional customer service and a knack for keeping things running smoothly, even during busy periods. What You’ll Bring:

Experience:

Previous experience in a reception or administrative role, ideally within the health, fitness, or medical field. Customer Focus:

A genuine desire to provide every client and patient with a warm and welcoming experience. Operational Prowess:

Ability to handle the day-to-day operations of our clinics, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient environment. Communication Skills:

Excellent phone, email, and in-person communication skills. Tech Savviness:

Comfortable learning and using new software (experience with Mindbody is a plus). Team Player:

A collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively with a diverse team of therapists. Availability:

Part-time initially, with potential for full-time. Must be flexible to work mornings, evenings, and weekends across our three locations. What We Offer:

Competitive Salary:

£26000 per year (£12.50 per hour) starting, or part thereof. Benefits:
