Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and providing excellent customer service to patients. Duties:

Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups Maintain patient records and update information as needed Assist with administrative tasks as required Experience:

Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role is desirable Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Requirements:

Previous experience in an office or administrative role is required Minimum of five GCSE grade C or above or equivalent, to include Maths and English Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour Benefits: Company pension Transport links Schedule: Monday to Friday No weekends Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred) Work Location: In person Application deadline: 20/01/2025 Reference ID: Medical Receptionist Expected start date: 03/02/2025
