Hillview Medical Centre is a very busy GP surgery consisting of 4 GP partners, Salaried GP's, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Phlebotomists, and in-house clinical pharmacists who are supported by our reception team and Management team. We have a practice list size of approximately 11,000 patients.
The main duties of the job include:
Answering telephone calls from patients and other agencies.
Dealing with patients face to face.
Providing administrative support to the clinical team.
Filing electronic documents and scanning patient letters to the notes.
We can provide training for the right candidate.
