Skye Glen Medical Practice, Rutherglen Primary Care Centre, 130 Stonelaw Road, Rutherglen, Glasgow G73 2PQ We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable receptionist to join our practice team. The successful candidate must have an excellent telephone manner, good communication, organizational skills, be a good team player, and be able to prioritize your workload around the demands of a busy reception area. EMIS and Docman experience would be preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. Our vacancy and hours available are listed below; however, flexibility in working hours would be an advantage to cover annual and unexpected leave. Vacancy Details

Understanding confidentiality issues Accurate keyboard skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Excellent telephone manner, communication, and listening skills Clear written and verbal message recording skills Ability to manage and deal with multiple demands Time and work management skills Experience of Medical IT systems: ideally EMIS and Docman Knowledge and understanding of GDPR Personal Attributes
