is on the lookout for a Medical Receptionist to join them in providing the best service and care to our patients. Our clinics support a wide range of patient services including managing appointments, speaking with practitioners, and ensuring the smooth running of face-to-face patient care. This is a Full Time Permanent position, working
Monday to Friday
between the hours of
7.30am – 5pm
on a shift roster. This role provides coverage to all our Gold Coast clinics including Varsity Lakes, Robina, Southport and Tweed Heads South, but will mainly be based in
Southport. You will be responsible for all reception duties including: Customer service and care, including greeting patients at the front desk and directing incoming telephone calls. Making radiology exam bookings. General clerical duties. Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills. Liaising with other receptionists, referring doctors, and other medical professionals in a courteous manner. Medicare, DVA, health fund and work cover billing and banking.
