We are working with a lovely GP Practice in Wickford who require the support of a Medical Receptionist/Administrator on a temporary basis with full or part-time hours. Duties include (but are not limited to): Taking inbound calls from patients Booking appointments Handling post Scanning of documents Updating patient details onto the database Our client requires someone who can hit the ground running with a good working knowledge of Systmone, previous experience working within a GP surgery, along with an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
