Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations in a busy medical office. Duties : Greet patients and assist them with the check-in process. Manage phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, provide information about services, and collect payments. Maintain accurate electronic medical records. Verify 3rd party patient insurance information and handle administrative tasks related to billing. Ensure the front desk area is organized. Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and follow-up appointments. Handle patient concerns or complaints with professionalism. Requirements : Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar administrative role within a healthcare setting is preferred, but not necessary.

Willing to train a candidate we believe will be an excellent addition to our team. Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with office equipment such as phone systems, computers, fax, and printers. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
