Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) - UK - National
Blackfield Associates is currently working with a Biotechnology Company who is looking to recruit a highly personable, scientifically proficient and data driven MSL to join there Medical Affairs team to deliver their Allergy portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), key opinion leaders (KOLs), and internal teams.
Deliver scientific presentations, provide medical insights, and ensure access to current product and therapeutic information.
Support collaborative efforts like research, symposia, and educational programs, ensuring scientific integrity.
Share competitor intelligence and provide strategic input to internal teams.
Conduct training sessions to enhance internal scientific expertise.
Develop and manage KOL engagements and support clinical trial performance.
Create and contribute to medical programs, publications, and real-world evidence dissemination.
Ensure compliance with local and global regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
2+ years of MSL or significant medical-commercial experience.
Life sciences background (e.g., biomedical, pharmacology, pharmacy).
Knowledge of allergy or relevant therapeutic areas preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
Familiarity with compliance, regulatory approvals, and product launches is an advantage.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Additional Details:
70% field-based with regular travel (overnight stays approx. once every two weeks).
Role can be full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate’s background.
