Office Angels have teamed up with our client, a respected organisation in the medical field who is seeking a dedicated Medical Secretary to support the Medical Director.

Your Role:

As a Medical Secretary, you will be at the forefront of our client's operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Your responsibilities will include:

Answering Calls:

Handle incoming calls from patients and medical professionals, providing assistance and taking messages. Scheduling Appointments:

Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations with efficiency and care. Managing Diaries:

Maintain the Medical Director's schedules, ensuring optimal time management and organisation. Writing Letters:

Compose and type letters from doctors to patients and other medical facilities with professionalism. Recording Notes:

Transcribe medical reports and record important medical notes accurately. Filing:

Organise and maintain medical records and other documents for easy access. Handling Mail:

Oversee incoming and outgoing mail and emails to ensure timely communication.

What Our Client is Looking For:

Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in a medical or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
