As a Medical Secretary you will: Coordinate patient appointments for various clinics and surgeries, managing consultant diaries effectively. Type and send all relevant correspondence to patients in a timely manner. Be the main point of contact for patient queries and efficiently respond as necessary. Scanning information for patient records to keep them up to date. Correspond with Medical Insurers, collating accurate billing information and invoicing patients as necessary. About us
