Seeking a Meeting and Event Planning Manager to oversee the dynamic and fast paced M&E department for a large hotel and conference centre in Berkshire. Location:

Berkshire Salary:

As the Meeting and Event Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the events department to deliver exceptional experiences that align with the brand and exceed client expectations. You will oversee the strategic planning and coordination of a diverse portfolio of conferences, meetings and events. Key Responsibilities: Client & Guest Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Team Leadership:

Inspire, support, and develop your team to deliver exceptional results while fostering growth and motivation. Operational Excellence:

Manage departmental budgets, inventory, and performance metrics to meet business objectives. Event Management:

Oversee all aspects of meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution and memorable experiences for guests. Ideal Candidate: We are looking for an individual who is passionate about event management and excels in building relationships. You should have a proven track record of leading teams, managing budgets, forecasting and reporting and delivering outstanding service in a busy hospitality environment.
