Job summary Our client, a leading company in the water industry, is currently seeking a MEICA Commissioning Engineer (low level) to join their team on a contract basis. As a MEICA Commissioning Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful electrical commissioning of projects within the water sector. Key skills required for this role: Commissioning, Electrical Supervisor, MEICA, EICA, water MEP Key Responsibilities: Undertake part commissioning, part Electrical Supervision, and part administrative duties. Assist in the testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems and equipment. Carry out inspections and checks to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations. Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely manner. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including commissioning records and reports. Liaise with project teams and stakeholders to coordinate activities effectively. Job Requirements: Good experience in electrical commissioning within the water industry. Strong understanding of electrical systems and equipment. Proficient in conducting tests and inspections to identify and resolve electrical issues. Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities. Flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements and deadlines. Health and Safety conscious with a commitment to safe working practices.
