to join our team at David Lloyd Clubs. Reporting into the Member Support Operations Manager, you will be required to lead a team of Member Support Advisors, ensuring they have the skillset & breadth of knowledge to deliver a world class service to our members. What will I be doing?
Working from one of our membership hubs, leading & developing a team of advisors to deliver the David Lloyd Clubs ways of working & exceptional service standards Maximising member experience & participation by anticipating & understanding trends Resolving high level escalated member queries Monitoring team performance and overseeing the delivery of daily, weekly & monthly KPI’s Working varied shifts to cover the needs of the business.
