Membership Administrator


Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Membership Administrator to join their dynamic membership services team. This role is crucial in supporting the delivery of End Point Assessments (EPA), ensuring that all processes are managed efficiently and align with regulatory standards and timelines. Reporting directly to the Senior EPA Manager, the Membership Administrator will be responsible for handling applications, organising interviews, and supporting quality assurance activities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Efficient Application Processing: Manage and process EPA applications promptly, ensuring all compliance requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and assessors, setting up virtual meetings and maintaining clear and consistent communication.
  • Record Management: Track and update assessment records meticulously, providing support during review meetings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Process Improvement: Actively participate in initiatives aimed at improving the EPA application and interview management processes, contributing ideas and feedback for continuous enhancement.


Requirements:


  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Communication Abilities: Exceptional communication skills, with confidence in liaising with stakeholders via email and phone, ensuring clear and professional interactions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with databases, the Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual platforms such as MS Teams, enabling smooth and efficient operations.
  • Salesforce Experience: Experience working with Salesforce is highly desirable, providing an advantage in managing and tracking membership data.
