Job Description:

Role and Eligibility Criteria

• To Ensure the sales team achieves their agreed Monthly Sales Budget, club closing membership count and net gain through profitable and sustainable growth.
• Drive and lead a team of Membership consultants to club sales budget.
• Drive and lead your Member retention consultant to desired Leaver goals and net gain.
• Have a keen eye on Retention delivered through excellent customers’ service to all club members and non-members.
• Drive new memberships sales daily, weekly and monthly.
• Lead Generation activity driven and focused.
• Target and goal driven.
• Effectively deal with members queries and is solution oriented.
• Positive and “can do” mindset.
• Basic computer proficiency skills.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Team handling management and skills.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience.
