Membership Services Administrator - Health & Safety in Construction

Location: Near Thornbury

Hours: Full time

Salary: £24,000 pa

Are you looking for an opportunity to work for a not-for-profit Member Organisation that focuses on Health & Safety in Construction? Do you excel at administering enquiries, quotes, and reporting? Are you passionate about ensuring the safety of construction sites and supporting technical managers with projects? Then we have the perfect job for you!

As a Membership Services Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our client's organisation by providing essential administrative support and services to the members. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our team of experts in Health & Safety in Construction, gaining valuable knowledge and experience in this field.

Key responsibilities:

Administer enquiries, quotes, and reporting for the management and the members. Coordinate and administer accident investigations. Provide administrative support to the technical manager with projects. Update members' inspection information and assist with data processing of site inspections.

You will be based at our client's office near Thornbury, working Monday to Friday on a full-time basis.

To thrive in this role, you will need to be an excellent communicator with exceptional organizational and time management skills. You must be able to work independently and within a team, as well as possess a strong attention to detail. Experience in Health & Safety in Construction is highly desirable, but not essential.

Key requirements: Previous experience in a similar administrative role. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. Knowledge of Health & Safety in Construction, desirable.
