In this role, you’ll be supporting the Membership Systems, Finance and Reporting Executive with the delivery of critical member systems and processes.

You will play a vital part in ensuring that the membership functions of our CRM, ticketing and finance systems are running effectively day to day, supporting with system integration, payment collection, data cleaning, and issue resolution.

You will also support the Membership Services team with resolving finance queries and support internal customers with regular reporting and data requests to help us better understand our members and improve our membership offer.

Working closely with the rest of our friendly team, we will support you in building your knowledge of our systems and the organisation. You will already be skilled in using Microsoft Excel to summarise and graphically represent data using pivot tables and will be able to demonstrate experience working with large volumes of data. You’ll have some previous experience of using CRM, ticketing or finance systems to collect payments, and experience working for a membership, charity or heritage organisation would be advantageous. This role would suit an analytical problem solver with high attention to detail, and a passion for driving efficiency through identifying and solving problems.
