Ever since our founders pitched successfully on Dragons’ Den, we’ve been hard at work, scouting the country - and the globe! - to find the world's finest small-batch gins. Every month, we send thousands of gin lovers across the country a surprise box packed with craft gins, perfectly paired mixers, foodie treats and our club mag. Our community of club members is at the heart of what we do, and this role offers the opportunity to play a key role in delivering a first-class customer experience. We are looking for someone who is available to work Monday to Friday and on weekends. Specific days and times required potentially varying month to month based on business needs. Key Responsibilities

Helping to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Responding to inbound customer enquiries via email and live chat on our help desk software, answering questions and resolving problems Helping with some maintenance of social media channels Assisting with upcoming projects of providing a more proactive outbound customer service via phone and email Maintaining regular administrative tasks Assisting with outbound logistics Requirements:

Previous customer service experience An understanding of the importance of delighting the customer Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A problem solver Able to work efficiently through high volume work Passion for learning more about the drinks industry, in particular craft producers Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work well as part of a small team in a busy environment Benefits:
