MENSWEAR FLOOR MANAGER

with over 1 yr+ experience, with a passion or understanding for country lifestyle living. Our client is a highly reputable and established British country clothing brand, established over 150 yrs. They have sold to royalty, gentry, pop stars, and celebrities with all their country pursuit attire. Selling from their 2-floor store, with a warm welcoming allure, their range includes classic country menswear, ladieswear, accessories, footwear, and outerwear crafted from the finest British-produced tweeds and wools. In addition to their clothing range, they also have leather goods, quirky gifts, and homewares. The store is in the heart of Piccadilly / Mayfair where there are regular international and national clients, which can have very busy periods. The Role:

Reporting to the General Manager and part of a team of 12. Managing the menswear floor with a team of 6 sales associates. Delegating tasks, daily floor rotas, end-of-day cashing up, managing customer complaints. Focus on delivering the ultimate client experience and building rapport with clients. Excellent selling skills efficient at closing the sales. Attention to detail with store and personal presentation. Leading and following through on all sales. Effective team member. Able to multi-task when the pace dictates. Flexible to cross-sell across all departments. Able to thrive under pressure. Flexible to sell in both fast pace and slow extremes. Ideal Candidate:

2 yrs + Menswear Supervisor or Senior Sales Consultant experience. Able to demonstrate success at selling to a discerning local and international clientele. Organised and able to multi-task. A natural leader who leads by example. Attention to detail - High standard to housekeeping and VM presentation. Confident. Articulate with an excellent command of English both written and spoken. Any additional languages would be desirable but not essential. Smart and well-groomed in appearance. Sales driven and determined to succeed. Confident with a positive can-do attitude - able to build positive relationships with team and clients. Must be a team player.
