We are seeking to appoint a part-time (0.6FTE) Mental Health Advisor to join our multi-disciplinary, BACP accredited Counselling and Mental Health Service. Our team provides individual and group-based support for students experiencing a range of mental health difficulties. Responsibilities

Providing specialist mental health support to our diverse student community. Managing a varied caseload in a fast-paced environment. Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments. Responding to crisis situations. Tailoring study support for individuals needing reasonable adjustments. Offering training to students and staff. Qualifications/Experience

A post-graduate professional qualification and professional registration in mental health (e.g., mental health nursing, clinical psychology, social work, counselling/psychotherapy). Substantial post-qualification experience in a relevant setting. Excellent relational and communication skills. Benefits
