Mental Health Care Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for a caring and reliable Mental Health Care Assistant to provide direct support to individuals with mental health conditions. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor patients' conditions, and provide emotional support. You will also ensure patients' safety and dignity at all times, working under the guidance of registered healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily living activities such as eating, bathing, and dressing. Monitor patients' behaviour and well-being. Support patients with therapeutic activities. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality. Requirements:

Previous experience working in a healthcare or care setting. A caring and patient attitude. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team. 6 Months NHS experience.
