Introduction Join the team at Farmfield Drive in Charlwood as a full-time Consultant Psychiatrist. We are looking for a dynamic and innovative consultant psychiatrist to provide medical leadership and to function as an active member of the multi-disciplinary team. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will take on RC responsibility for 15 patients on Brockham ward. The RC will have the support of a non-consultant grade doctor as well as secretarial support. Farmfield Hospital is made up of a 51-bed secure unit with both MSU and LSU wards for male patients, as well as one 15-bed male non-secure acute ward (Brockham) and one 14-bed male non-secure acute ward (Faygate). The hospital is purpose-built and run by the highly experienced Elysium Healthcare group. The hospital has excellent transport links to London and Brighton. Working with an established multi-professional team, you will deliver individualised care and have access to a large and supportive peer group of like-minded professionals. Your responsibilities will include: Ensure that people admitted are assessed, treated, and discharged safely Medication management Quality assurance, complaints, and co-production Delivery of NICE guidance Lead and manage the CPA and ICR process to ensure full compliance with quality standards What you will get:
