Pulse Nursing are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mental Health CPN (Community Psychiatric Nurse) to work in Dartford starting immediately. You will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing comprehensive mental health care and support to individuals within the community. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered mental health care. Carry out mental health assessments, care planning, and reviews. Provide therapeutic interventions and support for service users. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care delivery. Requirements: Qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration. Band 6 experience in a community setting is preferred. Proven experience in mental health assessments and care coordination. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
