What will your responsibilities be? Assist patients with daily living activities, promoting independence. Monitor and report changes in patient's mental and physical health. Adhere to professional standards and hospital policies. Document patient interactions and care provided. Support nurses and other healthcare professionals as needed. Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
