Closing date for applications: Wednesday 28th August 2024 Healthbox is looking for two part-time link workers to help support and empower patients to take control of their health and wellbeing by giving them time to focus on ‘what matters to me’. Link workers use a holistic approach by supporting and connecting patients to groups and activities within their local community to improve and manage their wellbeing, tackle social isolation, and meet their non-medical needs.
