NMC Registered with Nursing Degree or Equivalent Experience
Previous experience working in mental health services Previous experience working in care sector Skills
Good observation and reporting skills Ability to motivate others Ability to supervise others Knowledge
Understanding of issues surrounding confidentiality Awareness of security and its impact and willingness to expand knowledge on it. Working knowledge/application of the Mental Health Act 1983 Other
