Your Role as an RMN Deliver high standards of care for individuals with mental health conditions and personality disorders. Build therapeutic relationships to enhance patient engagement. Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and monitor progress. Adhere to ethical practices, codes of conduct, and relevant legislation. Support and mentor student nurses and team members while leading shifts (senior level). What We’re Looking For A valid nursing qualification and NMC registration.
