Monitoring and documenting patient progress and well-being, ensuring confidentiality and accurate record-keeping. Supervising and mentoring junior staff, promoting a positive and collaborative team environment. Ensuring adherence to all relevant mental health legislation and maintaining high standards of clinical practice. For ward management roles, overseeing the day-to-day running of the ward, managing resources, and ensuring the safety and comfort of both patients and staff. What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. A passion for supporting individuals in their recovery journey. For ward management roles: Proven leadership skills and experience in managing clinical teams and resources. Why? Competitive Salary: £40,000 - £55,000, depending on experience and role.
