Responsibilities: Assess patients' mental health needs, including the severity of symptoms and their impact on daily life. Conduct risk assessments for self-harm, harm to others, or vulnerability to exploitation. Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Monitor medication effectiveness and address side effects in collaboration with prescribing psychiatrists. Respond to acute mental health crises, offering immediate support to prevent hospitalization. Qualifications and Requirements: Fully enhanced valid DBS Community experience required.
