Mental Health Practitioners

to play a vital role in empowering children, young people, and educators in North Derbyshire. Working in education settings, you'll deliver evidence-based interventions for children and young people with mild to moderate mental health challenges, while helping those with more severe difficulties access specialist services. You'll collaborate with schools, families, and other professionals to address mental health needs effectively and foster an inclusive, supportive environment. Your role involves conducting assessments, delivering tailored interventions, and empowering young people and their families to manage mental health challenges. You'll also develop resources to improve awareness and resilience within educational settings, promoting positive mental health practices. Passionate about improving mental health outcomes for children and young people, with a drive to make a meaningful difference. Skilled and Knowledgeable:

Experienced in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, like Low Intensity CBT, to support mild to moderate mental health challenges. Supportive Leader:

Skilled at supervising Emotional Wellbeing Practitioners, guiding and empowering others to thrive. Collaborative Partner:

Excellent at building relationships with education staff and professionals, offering advice and consultation to enhance mental health support. Qualified and Experienced:

Holding a core mental health qualification, with postgraduate experience working with children and young people, alongside a strong understanding of clinical supervision and safeguarding. You build strong connections with children, families, and teams, fostering trust and collaboration.
