The role of a Practitioner is to work within a multi-disciplinary team, providing a comprehensive assessment of people presenting in crisis. Qualifications
Recognised qualification in mental health – RMN, AHP, Psychology, Social care (AMHPs) Evidence of further professional development involving serious mental illness. Willingness to undertake and complete nurse prescribing certificate. Non-medical Prescribing certificate Knowledge and Expertise
Knowledge and sensitivity to equal opportunities issues. Sound knowledge of current professional staff development and continuous service improvement issues. Information Management and Technology skills. Experience
A good amount of post-registration experience or demonstrated competencies through Personal Development Plan Multi-disciplinary team work. Employer certification / accreditation badges
