As part of this team, you will be offering 5-6 care homes regular consultation to aid their therapeutic work with looked after children. This consultation will be in the form of regular training, reflective practice, care planning and management, ensuring PACE principles are embedded in practice and offering expert advice on staff practice. Depending on your experience, you may be required to supervise other Mental Health Practitioners, Clinical Psychology Trainees, Healthcare Students, and Assistants. In addition to your consultation role to the homes, you will also be providing specialist assessments of children and young people within the residential setting and creating regular psychological reports. Main duties of the job

Essential: Mental Health background CAMHS experience Relevant qualifications to allow you to offer children long term therapy if needed Registered with the relevant professional organisation (HCPC etc) Be a strong team player, with excellent communication skills. Have excellent communication, organisational and time management skills. About us
