Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on the patient's needs, goals, and preferences. Provide immediate support and intervention during mental health crises, helping to de-escalate situations and ensure safety. Identify and address any physical health issues related to mental health conditions or medications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, care plans, and progress. Qualifications and Requirements: Must hold a mental health nursing degree. Fully enhanced valid DBS. Community experience is required. Benefits: Weekly pay. Free training.
