Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced and Qualified Mental Health Practitioners to join Mental Health Teams based in London. To be successful in this role you must have a relevant Professional registration (SWE, NMC OR HCPC), be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work, Nursing or Occupational Therapy at degree level, and have post-qualified experience. Benefits of the role: Up to £29 pay per hour Flexible working available Long term contract High pay rate Supportive team The Primary Duties of the role (please note these will vary depending on the team): Provide high quality assessment and intervention to service users experiencing a wide range of mental health problems, promoting recovery and independence to identify appropriate pathways and treatment plans. Care Coordination Managing a caseload in accordance with the Care Programme Approach (CPA) Risk assessments and supporting with Adult Safeguarding Working as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) Actively participate in, and contribute to supervision and team meetings Maintain a personal awareness of legislation, policies and procedures, particularly those relating to the Care Act, The Mental Health Act, the Mental Capacity Act, safeguarding and self-directed support.
