You will line manage a team of Recovery workers, providing high quality supervision and line management. You will carry a small caseload of clients alongside leading the team. You will be responsible for attending Living Well meetings including multi-disciplinary team meetings, allocation and leadership meetings. To develop and maintain positive professional working relationships and referral pathways to local statutory and community based services which support adults. Main Requirements:
Strong interpersonal, consultation and holistic assessment skills. An interest in working with people to make sustainable positive changes. An effective communicator, who works in a person centred way. Knowledge of Mental Health conditions and strategies to improve health and wellbeing. Appointments are subject to Family Action receiving a satisfactory disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service – Enhanced Adult workforce.
