Woodville House is a 24 / 7 intensive supported accommodation pilot service designed to support individuals experiencing chronic homelessness, with significant co-morbidities, trauma, and medical complexities. We take a holistic, trauma-informed, and person-centred approach that aims to foster stability, recovery, and improved health outcomes. About You

To be considered for this role, you will possess: Qualifications and Experience:

Relevant qualifications in social work, mental health, or related fields. Experience in homelessness support, mental health, and trauma-informed care. Well maintained professional self-care, self-leadership, and resilience. Commitment to evidence-informed practice and continuous improvement. Ability to work well within a diverse and adaptive MDT. Highly Desirable:

Experience working with FDV. Experience working with AOD. Experience responding to behaviours of concern. About Us
