Woodville House is a 24 / 7 intensive supported accommodation pilot service designed to support individuals experiencing chronic homelessness, with significant co-morbidities, trauma, and medical complexities. We take a holistic, trauma-informed, and person-centred approach that aims to foster stability, recovery, and improved health outcomes.
About You

Relevant qualifications in social work, mental health, or related fields. Experience in homelessness support, mental health, and trauma-informed care. Well maintained professional self-care, self-leadership, and resilience. Commitment to evidence-informed practice and continuous improvement. Ability to work well within a diverse and adaptive MDT. Highly Desirable:
Experience working with FDV. Experience working with AOD. Experience responding to behaviours of concern. About Us
