We support female residents who enjoy going out for a coffee, swimming, shopping, and simply having someone there for a chat. You do not require previous experience, but you need to possess qualities of confidence, emotional resilience, quick decision making, and understand boundaries. Lifeways offers genuine, rewarding career progression and investment in recognised qualifications. Job Responsibilities:

Every day you will be providing emotional and behavioural support, promoting a safe and comfortable environment for the people we support. You need to assist with daily living and independent skills, working towards individual goals. Shift Details:

Shift patterns vary between 8am-10pm, Mon – Sun, working alternate weekends. Sleep ins required – with competitive rate. 39.25hrs Full time, 30/16 hrs Part time, and bank/sessional available.
