Responsibilities: Lead the process of undertaking, completing, and reviewing Care Act Assessments. Employ expertise in the Care Act to provide exceptional support to service users. Handle a complex and diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment. What we are looking for in a Social Worker: Social Work England registration. Eligible to work in the UK. Hold a full UK licence. Post-qualified experience. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work. Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
